WHAT IS HEALTH?


GOOD HEALTH

Health is more than just of the body. Spiritual freedom is a form of health also. Give freedom to others. Natural healing is being natural to what is healthy. Intelligence and wisdom are both part of this. Giving and being soulful is too, and to be spiritual uplifting is also healthy. Healthy people are not always physically strong. But physically strong people can also be spiritual free and emotionally caring. That takes us a good way towards health.

Health is spiritual, physical, psychological, and emotionally as well. Keep the body attuned to your feelings, and living in the good heart, and you will find yourself healthy (most of the time). And if not, the lesson of returning to good health will also be rewarding. Avoiding problems, pollution, disease, ill and unhealthy people or situations, all of these show wisdom in keeping to a health of body and spirit.

The principal of good health is being natural, honest, and genuine. God's medicines like sunshine, clean water, fresh air, natural breathing, giving to life, and many others are all healers.

We each have a specific health cure, something in nature or medicine that specifically is our best cure. For myself, I use Grape Seed Extract. It prevents colds, flu, and is great immune system strength. Far better than Vitamin C. I also like peppermint and papaya for digestion. I use Tea Tree Oil for mouth and gum infections. B Vitamins make me stronger and able to cope easier. These four are healers.

We are always moving towards healing. Healing never ends. Think of all the spices and herbs and plants and medicines you can find in the world. There here are a few that just really do the trick. You may just need sun or water or air. You might next to escape a toxic person or place. That is where the transformation comes in. Finding it out is not hard. Doing the best for yourself is often harder, if you have a habit. Find the best for yourself, and you also help others. So that is that health is what it is. Taot is a way of Health.

Common Sense: The 6 emotions or passions of the mind are also highly destructive. Anger, Greed, Attachment, Vanity, Envy and Lust need to be balanced with patience, forgiveness, detachment, discrimination, contentment and humility. Seek these more, and you may enjoy life too. Going without is no answer. Water is life, after all. Even if desire is the root of suffering, but we don't have to be bent by desire. Let yourself find balance, and you will feel good and so will your body.
